- don’t talk shit about people
- if you wanna experiment with your hair/makeup go for it, find what suits you.
- if you start to feel sad alot, tell your parents/friends talk about it
- be the best you can be
- learn to love yourself 

-your body is meant to get bigger and fill out as you go through puberty, embrace it, you’re beautiful
-you’ll probably get stretch marks, almost everyone does and that is completely fine, they are not ugly no matter what magasines tell you - theyre just trying to sell you products by making you hate yourself
-everyone has bad skin at your age, it’ll clear up eventually, make sure you wash your face enough and use spot cream every day (I reccommend duac)
-try to ignore peer pressure to get a boyfriend, seriously youre 13, itll last a week and be horrifically awkward, it really doesn’t matter if you don’t have a boyfriend
-a good haircut does miracles - experiment with your hair
-you’re probably going to fall out with your friends a lot, 13 is a really hard time for friendships, try to surround yourself with friends who are positive and nice to you rather than ones you fall out with a lot - i made this mistake at first and it made me downright miserable
-seriously just do your homework, its so much more stressful to leave it really late and it’s just gonna cause conflicts with your parents
-be as positive and lovely a person as you can be
-when someone compliments you don’t say ‘no I’m ugly,’ compliment them back
-seriously, learn to love yourself
